Performace of Copper-Zinc-Tin-Sulfur Thin Film Solar Cells with Cadmiumsulfide Buffer Layer Prepared by Magnetron Sputtering
In this paper, the performance of copper zinc tin sulfide(CZTS)thin film solar cells with cad-mium sulfide buffer layers was investigated through the utilization of magnetron sputtering for the fabrication of cadmium sulfide thin films. Moreover,by implementing dual power sputtering, the dam-age to the absorber layer during sputtering was minimized, resulting in an enhanced open-circuit volt-age and fill factor for CZTS thin film solar cells.Consequently, this led to an improved power conver-sion efficiency, ultimately achieving a power conversion efficiency of 7.0%for CZTS thin film solar cells.
