基于AHP-模糊综合评价法的化工园区雷电灾害风险评估

为了评估化工园区的雷电灾害区域风险,选取包含园区等级、经济产值、区域防雷安全管理和防雷检查覆盖率等在内的19个评估指标,采用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法,建立化工园区雷电灾害区域风险评估模型,并对河北衡水高新区化工片区开展雷电灾害区域风险评估,以发现化工片区的雷灾隐患点和防雷措施薄弱环节,确定科学的防雷减灾策略,有效保障园区内生产安全和人员生命财产安全.
Lightning Disaster Regional Risk Assessment of Chemical Industrial Park Based on AHP-Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method
In order to evaluate the regional risk of lightning disasters in the chemical park,19 evaluation indicators including park level,economic output value,regional lightning protection safety manage-ment,and lightning protection inspection coverage were selected.The analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method were used to establish a regional risk assessment model for lightning disasters in the chemical park,and a lightning disaster regional risk assessment was conduc-ted on the chemical area of Hengshui High tech Zone in Hebei.Identifying potential lightning hazards and weak links in lightning protection measures in the chemical industry area can help determine sci-entific lightning protection and disaster reduction strategies,effectively ensuring production safety and the safety of personnel and property in the park.
