蓝藻泥浓度对其厌氧发酵产挥发性脂肪酸的影响

采用不同浓度蓝藻泥进行厌氧发酵产挥发性脂肪酸(VFAs)试验,发现加入蓝藻泥后乙酸占比增多,但丙酸占比下降,对其他酸影响不大;蓝藻泥浓度为20%(w/v)时产VFAs最多,达4.10 g/L;蓝藻泥浓度越高,产酸越多,pH下降越明显,蓝藻泥浓度为20%(w/v)时,pH下降2.12;发酵前后总固体(TS)、挥发性总固体(VS)和溶解性蛋白质显著下降,但溶解性碳水化合物、SCOD和氨氮浓度上升,表明产酸细菌更倾向于利用蛋白质生成VFAs.
Effects of Cyanobacteria Sludge Concentration on the Production of Volatile Fatty Acids through Anaerobic Fermentation
Different concentrations of cyanobacterial sludge were used for anaerobic fermentation to produce volatile fatty acids(VFAs).It was found that the proportion of acetic acid increased after adding cyanobacterial sludge,but the proportion of propionic acid decreased,which had little effect on other acids.When the concentration of cyanobacteria sludge was 20%(w/v),the VFAs production was the highest,reaching 4.10 g/L;the higher the concentration of cyanobacteria sludge,the more acid pro-duced,and the more obvious the pH decreased.When the concentration of cyanobacteria sludge was 20%(w/v),the pH decreased by 2.12;total solids(TS),volatile solids(VS)and soluble protein de-creased significantly before and after fermentation,but the concentrations of soluble carbohydrates,SCOD and ammonia nitrogen increased,and acid-producing bacteria were more inclined to use proteins to produce VFAs.
