Research Progress on Carrier Transport Materials in All-inorganic CsPbBr3 Perovskite Solar Cells
The electron and hole transport materials in all-inorganic CsPbBr3 perovskite solar cells can effectively improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency of device.Meanwhile,the chemical properties and interfaces of the electron and hole transport layers also have a significant impact on the stability of cell.This paper summarizes the research status and hotspots of electron and hole transport materials in this type of cell,and provides a detailed introduction to the role and recent progress of electron and hole transport materials in all-inorganic CsPbBr3 perovskite solar cells.
