摘要

为了改善传统晾制对于晾房环境、工人专业技能及其工作状态等的依赖,有效节约生产成本、保障雪茄品质,基于物联网技术设计并搭建了一套智能烟叶晾房监控系统,实现实时监测并显示晾房环境参数及烟叶状态信息,同时通过自动化控制窗户、风机和喷淋等装置调控晾房环境.

Abstract

In order to improve the dependence of traditional drying on the drying room environment,workers'professional skills and their working conditions,effectively save production costs and ensure the quality of cigars,a set of intelligent tobacco drying room monitoring system was designed and built based on the Internet of Things technology,which realizes real-time monitoring and display of environ-mental parameters,air quality and tobacco status information of the drying room,and at the same time regulates the drying room environment through automatic control windows,fans and sprinkler devices.
