The effects of tobacco stem biochar on soil urease,protease,acid phosphatase activities and microbial community structure(phospholipid fatty acid,PLFA)were studied by indoor culture meth-od.The results showed that the application of tobacco stem biochar could significantly increase the u-rease and protease activities and soil microbial biomass of Panax notoginseng continuous cropping,and alleviate the continuous cropping obstacles.
