Study on the Effect of Remediation of Soil Cadmium Pollution by Bidens Pilosa L.and Solanum Nigrum L.under Different Planting Modes
To investigate the remediation effect of soil cadmium(Cd)pollution by Bidens pilosa L.and Solanum nigrum L.under different planting modes, four planting modes were set up:Bidens pilosa L.monoculture,Solanum nigrum L.monoculture,Bidens pilosa L.and Solanum nigrum L.intercrop-ping,and Bidens pilosa L.and Solanum nigrum L.mixed cropping. The growth status of the two plants and their differences in soil Cd pollution remediation under different planting modes were ana-lyzed.The results showed that there was no significant difference in plant height, root length, and stem base diameter between the two plants under different planting modes.Intercropping significantly re-duced the chlorophyll content and underground biomass dry weight of Solanum nigrum L..Intercrop-ping and mixed cropping can reduce soil pH,significantly increase Cd content in the stems and leaves of Bidens pilosa L.,as well as in the roots and fruits of Solanum nigrum L..They also significantly increase the enrichment coefficient of the aboveground part of Bidens pilosa L.and the aboveground and underground parts of Solanum nigrum L.,as well as the transport coefficient of Bidens pilosa L.However, there was no significant difference in the total amount of Cd absorbed by each plant under intercropping and mixed cropping treatments compared to monoculture treatment with Bidens pilosa L.Therefore, intercropping and mixed cropping with Bidens pilosa L.and Solanum nigrum L.did not improve the remediation effect of soil Cd pollution.
