摘要

为探究沼肥配施化肥对种植蔬菜品质及土壤养分的影响,开展了沼液配施化肥的白菜田间种植试验.试验共设置单独施用化肥(CK)、沼液与化肥配施(T1、T2、T3)以及单独施用沼液(T4)5个不同处理组.结果表明,沼液与化肥配施显著提高了白菜的产量和品质;与CK相比,T2白菜产量增加了55.6%,总糖、还原糖含量分别增加了 4.6%和16.3%,硝酸盐含量降低了 7.8%.同时,沼液与化肥配施改善了土壤的养分;与CK相比,沼液与化肥配施土壤中有机质含量提高了 12.5%~50.0%;T2有效磷、铵态氮和硝态氮含量分别增加了 25.10%、30.89%和44.66%;T3总氮含量增加了 44.43%;T4速效钾含量增加了 0.89%.

Abstract

To investigate the effects of biogas slurry combined with chemical fertilizer on vegetable quality and soil nutrients,a field experiment was conducted on the cultivation of Chinese cabbage using biogas slurry combined with chemical fertilizer.Five different treatment groups were set up for the ex-periment,including single application of chemical fertilizer(CK),combined application of biogas slurry and chemical fertilizer(T1,T2,T3),and single application of biogas slurry(T4).The results showed that the combination of biogas slurry and chemical fertilizer significantly improved the yield and quali-ty of Chinese cabbage.Compared with CK,the cabbage yield of T2 increased by 55.6%,the total sugar and reducing sugar content increased by 4.6%and 16.3%respectively,and the nitrate content de-creased by 7.8%.Meanwhile,the combination of biogas slurry and chemical fertilizer improved the nu-trient content of the soil.Compared with CK,the combination of biogas slurry and chemical fertilizer increased the organic matter content in the soil by 12.5%to 50.0%.The content of available phos-phorus,ammonium nitrogen,and nitrate nitrogen in T2 increased by 25.10%,30.89%,and 44.66%,respectively.The total nitrogen content of T3 increased by 44.43%.The quick acting potassium con-tent of T4 increased by 0.89%.
