Effects of Copper on Soil Phosphatase Activity and Its Kinetic Characteristics
In order to obtain the effects of different concentrations of copper on soil phosphatase activity and its kinetic characteristics, the relationship between copper and soil phosphatase activity and enzy-matic reaction parameters was studied. The results showed that soil phosphatase activity increased with the increase of substrate concentration. At the same substrate concentration, soil phosphatase ac-tivity decreased with the increase of copper concentration. When the substrate concentration and cop-per concentration are the same, there are differences in phosphatase activity, which is related to the a-cidity and alkalinity of soil phosphatase. There is a very significant correlation between copper and the maximum reaction rate Vmax of soil phosphatase, indicating that Vmax can be used to characterize the soil pollution level with heavy metal Cu.
