摘要

黏土心墙是以粘性土料作成的土石坝中央防渗体.常用黏土、壤土等材料碾压填筑成,要求其渗透系数值相当于坝壳材料渗透系数的 1/1000 以下,且不大于 10 Lu.水利工程工作条件复杂,建设工程在施工中难以准确的把握水文、地质、气象等自然条件,使项目工程施工难度增加.阐述了黏土心墙堆石坝心墙填筑施工技术,包括天然含水量高的降水处理、黏土料的碾压试验、黏土心墙的施工工艺和黏土料填筑的重点难点.

Abstract

Clay core wall is a central anti-seepage body of an earth rock dam made of cohesive soil material.It is commonly filled with materials such as clay and loam,and its permeability coefficient value is required to be less than 1/1 000 of the permeability coefficient of the dam shell material,and not more than 10 Lu.The working conditions of water conservancy engineering are complex,and it is difficult to accurately grasp natural conditions such as hydrology,geology,and meteorology during construction,which increases the difficulty of project construction.This paper elaborates on the construction technology of filling the core wall of a clay core wall rockfill dam,including the treatment of high natural moisture content precipitation,compaction tests of clay materials,construction technology of clay core walls,and key and difficult points of clay material filling.
