摘要

大管径水平定向钻施工技术作为一种新的施工技术,该技术施工工期相对短,对周围环境干扰小,施工安全性较高,在下穿城市管网施工中应用广泛.为了保护现有基础设施采用了拖拉管施工法,水平定向钻拖拉管施工时不用实施大规模的开挖作业.用导向仪控制好导向钻头按设计管道的轴线钻进施工是关键.该施工技术是绿色环保的建筑施工技术,在连通沟渠大管径HDPE管下穿城市公路施工中得到了应用.

Abstract

The large diameter horizontal directional drilling construction technology,as a new construction technology,has a relatively short construction period,minimal interference to the surrounding environment,and high construction safety.It is widely used in the construction of underground urban pipeline networks.In order to protect the existing infrastructure,the dragging pipe construction method has been adopted,and large-scale excavation operations are not required during the horizontal directional drilling dragging pipe construction.The key is to use a guiding device to control the guiding drill bit to drill along the axis of the designed pipeline during construction.This construction technology is a green and environmentally friendly building construction technology,which has been applied in the construction of connecting large diameter HDPE pipes under urban roads.
