摘要

钢箱梁为一种桥梁上部结构形式,因其重量轻便,强度可靠,形式灵活,安装速度快等优点而被广泛应用.目前公路工程钢箱梁主要应用于高速公路上跨既有高速、既有铁路等重要、大跨度上跨结构.钢箱梁施工一般是在厂家进行分节预制后运输到施工现场进行安装,安装方式主要有跨外吊装和顶推两种方式,结合工程实例对钢箱梁的吊装和顶推施工技术和工艺进行比较,分析不同工况下顶推工艺和吊装工艺的优劣以及注意事项.

Abstract

Steel box girder is a type of bridge superstructure that is widely used due to its lightweight,reliable strength,flexible form,and fast installation speed.At present,steel box girders in highway engineering are mainly used for crossing existing highways and railways on highways.The construction of steel box girders is generally carried out by the manufacturer through segmented prefabrication and transported to the construction site for installation.The installation methods mainly include external lifting and top pushing.This paper compares the lifting and top pushing construction techniques and processes of steel box girders based on engineering examples,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of top pushing and lifting techniques under different working conditions,and points for attention.
