随着抽水蓄能电站的蓬勃发展,将会面临越来越多的竖井施工,而竖井历来是抽水蓄能电站的高风险施工项目,传统竖井施工提升系统存在布置占地多、系统布置复杂、施工干扰大、维护保养难度大、安拆周期长、灵活性不够等问题,为解决这些问题,针对竖井施工提升设备进行专门研究,通过技术革新,采用专用提升机作为竖井垂直运输提升系统设备,安拆简便、方便操作、系统集成化、智能化程度高,安全可靠,保证了施工质量、安全,大大提高了施工效率.
Design and Application of A Dedicated Vertical Shaft Hoist for Pumped Storage Power Station
With the vigorous development of pumped storage power stations,they will face more and more vertical shaft construction.Vertical shafts have always been a high-risk construction project for pumped storage power stations.The traditional vertical shaft construction lifting system has problems such as large layout,complex system layout,large construction interference,difficult maintenance,long installation and dismantling cycle,and insufficient flexibility.To address these issues,this article conducts specialized research on vertical shaft construction lifting equipment.Through technological innovation,a dedicated hoist is adopted as the vertical transportation lifting system equipment for vertical shafts.It is easy to install and disassemble,easy to operate,highly integrated and intelligent,safe and reliable,ensuring construction quality and safety,and greatly improving construction efficiency.
