摘要

随着我国公路交通运输的发展,新建高速与既有高速交叉增多无法进行爆破施工,通过凯里环高虎庄互通使用岩石臂钩机对泥岩进行非爆破开挖研究,表明利用岩石臂钩机进行开挖缩短了对既有高速的影响时间,又节约施工成本、加快施工进度,通过该项目的研究可为今后类似路基大体积泥岩地区路基非爆破开挖施工以及规范的编制提供理论和技术储备,长期经济效益显著.

Abstract

With the development of highway transportation in our country,the number of new highways intersecting with existing highways is increasing,and blasting construction cannot be carried out.The study on non explosive excavation of mudstone using rock arm hook machine at Huzhuang Interchange of Kaili Ring Expressway shows that using rock arm hook machine for excavation shortens the impact time on existing highways,saves construction costs,and accelerates construction progress.The research of this project can provide theoretical and technical reserves for the future non blasting excavation construction and standardization of roadbeds in areas with large volumes of mudstone,and has significant long-term economic benefits.
