摘要

近年来,随着市政工程领域基础性设施建设的发展,安全管理水平的提升,新的安全管理标准化也在国家层面及各企业间相继呈现,为适应新的安全管控形式,企业也为赢得地方市场,争相打造与创建省市级安全文明标准化工地,但在实施过程中,没有形成统一的思想,创建的样板工地或工点效果不佳.创建工作中,不主动、不重视,方案不落实,致使安全生产标准化不达标,亮点不突出,创新不够,转化成果不足.为归纳与总结创建安全标准化的方法及措施,根据安全标准化创建亮点、特性进行详细阐述需要落实的要点,为市政工程领域实施安全标准化提供建议.

Abstract

In recent years,with the development of infrastructure construction in the field of municipal engineering and the improvement of safety management level,new safety management standardization has also emerged at the national level and among various enterprises.In order to adapt to the new form of safety control and win the local market,enterprises are striving to build and create provincial and municipal level safety and civilization standardized chemical sites.However,during the implementation process,a unified ideology was not formed,and the created model construction sites or workstations had poor results.In the process of creation,due to lack of initiative,attention,and implementation of plans,the standardization of safety production is not up to standard,the highlights are not prominent,innovation is insufficient,and the results of transformation are insufficient.To summarize and summarize the methods and measures for creating safety standardization,this paper elaborates on the key points that need to be implemented based on the highlights and characteristics of safety standardization creation,and provides suggestions for implementing safety standardization in the field of municipal engineering.
