Control Measures for Secondary Lining Void Rate in Expressway Tunnel Engineering
The lining void has long been a difficult problem that troubles tunnel construction,and this phenomenon has a direct impact on the quality of tunnel construction.Against the backdrop of extensive construction of expressways,the issue of tunnel engineering voids has become a focus and has attracted widespread attention.This paper conducts in-depth analysis and research on the problem of secondary lining void in expressway tunnel engineering.Firstly,the causes of lining void formation were analyzed,mainly including improper construction techniques,material quality issues,and complex geological conditions.Secondly,based on my own experience in tunnel construction,corresponding opinions and measures have been proposed.Specifically,it includes strengthening construction process control,improving material quality,and strengthening geological exploration and monitoring.By implementing these measures,the occurrence of lining void can be effectively reduced,and the quality of tunnel construction can be improved.
