Study on the Effect of Clay Content and Pore Ratio on Microbial Solidification of Silt
To study the effect of clay content and pore ratio on microbial solidified silt, this paper takes typical silt in the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River as the research object.By artificially producing silt with different clay content and porosity ratios,a peristaltic pump is used to inject microbial liquid and nutrients into the silt under low pressure. This article analyzes the changes in the relationship between different clay content and porosity, calcium carbonate production, single extraction compressive strength, and wave velocity. The experimental results show that when the porosity ratio is 0.8 and the clay content is less than 0.075?mm is 75%,the microbial reinforcement effect of silt reaches the optimal level. As the porosity and clay content continue to increase, all indicators show a downward trend.
