不良地质条件下山体内弧形闸门竖井塌方处理措施

轿子山水库山体内弧形闸门竖井塌方,竖井下游侧倒悬体失稳,边坡垮塌冒顶.如何有效处理塌方,加固已失稳的倒悬体,防止二次开挖时竖井倒悬体再次坍塌,确保闸门竖井建成后安全运行是关键.在塌方处理中先对井内坍塌漏斗进行回填,后用混凝土梁+锚筋桩+固结灌浆联合从井口对下部岩体进行加固,再用锚喷支护+固结灌浆对井壁进行加固的措施,有效处理了塌方冒顶,联合支护对坍塌体起到良好的加固作用.
Measures for Dealing with Collapse of Radial Gates and Vertical Shafts in Mountainous Areas under Poor Geological Conditions
The vertical shaft of the arc-shaped gate inside the Jiaozishan Reservoir collapsed,causing the inverted suspension on the downstream side of the shaft to become unstable,and the slope to collapse and fall.How to effectively deal with collapse,reinforce the unstable inverted suspension,prevent the inverted suspension of the shaft from collapsing again during secondary excavation,and ensure the safe operation of the gate shaft after construction is the key.In the collapse treatment,the collapse funnel inside the well is first backfilled,and then the lower rock mass is reinforced from the wellhead using a combination of concrete beams,anchor piles,and consolidation grouting.The wellbore wall is then reinforced with anchor spraying support and consolidation grouting.This measure effectively dealt with the collapse and roof collapse,and the combined support played a good reinforcing role in the collapsed body.
