摘要

为方便转子吊装作业,保护定子成品部件在施工中免受伤害,文章提供了一种转子吊装作业施工平台,利用定子顶环板作为承载基础,采用悬挑式结构设计,平台固定方式新颖,制作和安装较为方便,能实现快速装拆功能,为转子吊装作业提供安全保障.

Abstract

To facilitate rotor lifting operations and protect finished stator components from injury during construction,this paper provides a construction platform for rotor lifting operations.It uses the stator top ring plate as the bearing foundation and adopts a cantilever structure design.The platform has a novel fixing method,which is convenient for production and installation,and can achieve quick assembly and disassembly functions,providing safety assurance for rotor lifting operations.
