Test and Application of Construction Parameters for Asphalt Concrete Core Walls
Hongyudong Reservoir has the characteristics of asymmetric high steep and high gentle bank shoulder construction with a hundred-meter asphalt concrete core wall.To reduce adverse effects such as construction interference from transition materials and asphalt materials,an integrated joint paver is selected to complete the paving and shaping of the same layer of transition materials and asphalt concrete in one go without segmentation.By summarizing the optimal construction techniques and parameters for the main processes of mixing,transportation,paving,rolling,and joint surface treatment,the construction quality of asphalt core walls has been effectively controlled,the construction period has been shortened,construction costs have been saved,and good results have been achieved.
