Installation and Synchronous Control Method of Large Cylindrical Valves
In recent years,with the increasing capacity of hydroelectric generator units,mature main valves such as ball valves and butterfly valves have high costs,large civil excavation volume,and are not suitable for the use of large-sized water pipes.Therefore,it is necessary to develop another practical cylindrical valve.Cylinder valve is a flow component arranged between the movable guide vanes and the fixed guide vanes of the stay ring of a hydroelectric generator set,which is only in the fully open or fully closed position and is not used for flow regulation.The installation and operation quality will directly affect the stable operation of the generator set,and the synchronous control quality of the cylinder valve is more directly related to the safety and reliability of the unit.
