Management Practice and Reflection on Changing Unit Price of Dianzhong Water Diversion Engineering
During the implementation of construction projects,engineering changes are difficult to avoid.Reasonably determining the unit price of change projects is a fundamental task in engineering construction management.The paper summarizes the management of unit price changes in the Dianzhong Water Diversion Project from the aspects of the approval process,review methods,and important control measures.It also discusses and studies issues such as determining the unit price of newly added materials,determining the mix proportion of newly added concrete,missing items in the bill of quantities,and reviewing whether to reduce or not to increase,which helps to strengthen the understanding and understanding of the review work for changing unit prices.
