Research on Smart Warehouse Material Management in Hydroelectric Power Plants
Taking the material management of hydropower plants in the power production process as the research object,this paper deeply analyzes the pain points and difficulties of the lack of a unified management system,incomplete information,lack of monitoring mechanisms,and personnel management in the storage material management of hydropower plants,and studies the construction of a smart storage material management system for hydropower plants.From the aspects of material demand forecasting,automated material management,monitoring and traceability,and intelligent material inventory management,it analyzes the use of intelligent means to improve material management efficiency,reduce material management costs,and improve inventory management level to ensure the normal operation of power production.It also enhances the ability to analyze and make decisions to ensure the quality of material management.
