Flood Control and Emergency Response Measures for Yangtze River Reservoir in Zhongshan City and Emergency Plan for Overstandard Floods
Scientific and comprehensive flood control measures and emergency plans can effectively reduce losses and ensure the safety of people's lives and property in the event of emergencies in reservoirs.In order to ensure the normal operation of the Yangtze River Reservoir,meet long-term flood control and water supply functions,and maximize the safety of downstream people's lives and property,based on the flood control and emergency measures and emergency plans of the Yangtze River Reservoir in Zhongshan City,this paper analyzes the main problems faced by the current engineering situation of the reservoir.At the same time,combined with the flood control dispatch plan,it explores flood control and emergency response measures and emergency plans for exceeding the standard floods.
