城市雨水盖板涵复核及修复过流防渗提升改造实践

东莞大道国贸路段路面由于雨水盖板涵与污水管交汇处的砖砌墙身长期被水流冲刷,破损倒塌,进而引起水土流失、路面下沉,亟需除险加固和修复重建.针对工程现状进行过流能力复核,对盖板涵内部缺陷采取清淤、除锈、重砌墙措施,对盖板涵内部安全隐患提出U型槽原位修复方案.同时,针对盖板涵容易产生渗漏的现象,提出盖板涵沉降缝防水施工对策,消除盖板涵结构不稳定造成的安全隐患,提升东莞大道南侧车道通行安全系数.
Review and Repair of Urban Rainwater Cover Culverts and Practice of Overflow and Seepage Prevention Improvement and Renovation
The road surface of Dongguan Avenue International Trade Road is urgently in need of reinforcement and repair due to the long-term erosion and collapse of the brick wall body at the intersection of the rainwater cover culvert and sewage pipe by water flow,resulting in soil erosion and road subsidence.This article conducts a review of the flow capacity based on the current situation of the project.Measures such as dredging,rust removal,and wall reconstruction are taken for the internal defects of the slab culvert.A U-shaped groove in-situ repair plan is proposed to address the safety hazards inside the slab culvert.At the same time,in response to the phenomenon of leakage in slab culverts,waterproof construction measures for settlement joints of slab culverts are proposed to eliminate safety hazards caused by unstable slab culvert structures and improve the safety factor of traffic on the south side of Dongguan Avenue.
