摘要

随着我国"碳达峰、碳中和"国家战略政策的实施,清洁低碳能源的供应已成为经济社会发展的主题,构建可在生能源的新型电力系统改革正在快速推进.有效开发利用新疆戈壁滩地区,建设风力发电站供应内地电力紧缺,针对新疆戈壁滩进行发电厂微观选址及风机选型,结合新疆兵团二师 36 团米兰 200 MW风力发电站项目为例,进行了系统的方案设计.

Abstract

With the implementation of China's national strategic policy of"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality",the supply of clean and low-carbon energy has become a theme of economic and social development.The reform of building a new type of renewable energy system is rapidly advancing.It can effectively develop and utilize Gobi Desert area in Xinjiang,and build wind power stations to supply the scarce electricity in the mainland.For the micro site selection and wind turbine selection of power plants in Gobi Desert of Xinjiang,this paper takes the Milan 200 MW wind power plant project of the 36th Regiment of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps Second Division as an example to carry out a systematic scheme design..
