Research on Evaluation of Water System Regulation Engineering Effect Based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process
This study takes the rural water system regulation engineering in Shihuipu Town,Yingde City as the research object, and analyzes the problems and related remediation projects in three aspects:local rivers, ponds, and irrigation areas. From the perspectives of ecological, economic, and social benefits,an evaluation index system consisting of twenty sub indicators was constructed, and a fuzzy analytic hierarchy process model suitable for evaluating water system regulation engineerings was established using fuzzy mathematics and analytic hierarchy process methods.Practical applications have shown that the proposed fuzzy analytic hierarchy process can effectively comprehensively evaluate regulation engineerings, and the established indicator system has good applicability. The method of obtaining indicators is simple, and the evaluation results have good reference value. The comprehensive evaluation index of this project is 0.70,which proves that the regulation engineering has achieved the expected effect. Therefore, the proposed evaluation method can provide technical guidance for rural water system regulation engineering.
