城市供水输配套改造中的管网顶管施工技术应用

摘要
针对乳源瑶族自治县存在的供水保证率低、用水安全缺乏保障等问题,建设南水水库的供水管网,解决居民用水问题.近年来在管网施工的过程中,长距离顶管技术应用最为广泛.以南水水库供水工程中涉高速公路段的顶管施工段为例,主要对工程建设顶管施工技术中顶进施工过程的顶管施工方案布置、施工原理和顶管机的选型、顶力计算和设备安装等施工工艺进行详细介绍,并提出应对沉降的预案.
Abstract
In response to the problems of low water supply guarantee rate and lack of guarantee for water safety in Ruyuan Yao Autonomous County,a water supply network for Nanshui Reservoir will be constructed to solve the water use problem for residents.In recent years,long-distance pipe jacking technology has been widely used in the construction of pipeline networks.Taking the top pipe construction section of the expressway section in Nanshui Reservoir water supply project as an example,this paper provides a detailed introduction to the layout of the top pipe construction plan,construction principle,selection of the top pipe machine,top force calculation,and equipment installation in the top pipe construction process of the engineering construction top pipe construction technology,and proposes contingency plans to deal with settlement.
