摘要
为了提升新丰县整体防洪能力,保障经济与社会的平稳发展,通过历史资料查阅与现场实地勘察相结合的方式,对该县目前的防洪工程体系进行了现状评估,结合历史洪涝灾害与新阶段防洪新要求,重点分析了目前体系中存在的主要问题,进而从防洪工程措施与非工程措施两个方面、各 3 个部分对新丰县防洪形式进行了规划要点分析,有效为新丰县社会经济可持续发展提供全方位服务和防洪安全保障.
Abstract
In order to enhance the overall flood control capacity of Xinfeng County and ensure the stable development of the economy and society,this article evaluates the current status of the county's flood control engineering system through a combination of historical data review and on-site investigation.Based on historical flood disasters and new requirements for flood control in the new stage,the main problems in the current system were analyzed with emphasis.It further analyzed the planning points of flood control forms in Xinfeng County from two aspects,namely flood control engineering measures and non engineering measures,with three parts each,effectively providing comprehensive services and flood control safety guarantees for the sustainable development of Xinfeng County's social and economic development.
