鹰咀石电站运行期间由于污物聚集在拦污栅前造成过流减小,严重影响机组出力,严重时会压垮拦污栅,造成生产事故,威胁机组安全.人工清污费时费力,易引发落水事故,清污不及时还会影响经济效益,因此对进水口回旋式清污机平台进行了优化改造.工作台桥紧邻厂房布置,通过复核计算,得到清污机工作台满足水库大坝的防洪安全要求;对清污机工作台进行稳定分析计算,清污机工作台不均匀系数及抗滑稳定安全系数均满足规范要求.
Optimization and Renovation of Rotary Cleaning Machinery Platform at the Inlet of Yingzuishi Power Station
During the operation of Yingzuishi Power Station,the accumulation of pollutants in front of the trash rack caused a decrease in flow,seriously affecting the output of the unit.In severe cases,it can crush the trash rack,causing production accidents and threatening the safety of the unit.Artificial cleaning is time-consuming and labor-intensive,which can easily lead to water accidents.Failure to clean in a timely manner can also affect economic benefits.Therefore,the inlet rotary cleaning machine platform has been optimized and renovated.The workbench bridge is arranged adjacent to the factory building,and through rechecking calculations,it is found that the cleaning machine workbench meets the flood control safety requirements of the reservoir dam.Stability analysis and calculation are conducted on the cleaning machine workbench,and the unevenness coefficient and anti slip stability safety coefficient of the cleaning machine workbench met the regulatory requirements.
