摘要

水库经过多年运行使用后部分建筑物及设施受到不同程度的损坏,既有水库的加固除险工程占比越来越高,当出现风险时可能会对人民生命财产带来不可估量的损失,因此定期对水库进行风险分析并及时进行维修加固是非常有必要的.结合工程现状对水库现状主要风险进行了分析,通过针对性的维修加固措施,如大坝及输水涵管维修加固、防汛公路施工和水土保持措施进行综合治理使水库满足区域内防洪体系的标准要求.为确保水库主要建筑物能保持长期安全稳定运行,提出了相对应的施工质量控制措施,有效解决区域内洪涝灾害,为项目建设区内带来显著的生态效益、社会效益和经济效益态环境等综合功能,对促进当地经济发展具有重大意义.

Abstract

After years of operation and use,some buildings and facilities of the reservoir have suffered varying degrees of damage.The proportion of reinforcement and hazard removal projects for existing reservoirs is increasing.When risks arise,they may cause incalculable losses to people's lives and property.Therefore,it is necessary to regularly conduct risk analysis on the reservoir and timely carry out maintenance and reinforcement.Based on the current situation of the project,the main risks of the reservoir were analyzed.Through targeted maintenance and reinforcement measures,such as dam and water conveyance culvert maintenance and reinforcement,flood control highway construction,and soil and water conservation measures,the reservoir was comprehensively managed to meet the standard requirements of the regional flood control system.To ensure the long-term safe and stable operation of the main buildings in the reservoir,corresponding construction quality control measures have been proposed to effectively solve flood disasters in the region.It brings significant ecological,social,and economic benefits to the project construction area,and is of great significance in promoting local economic development.
