摘要
济宁市牢固树立绿水青山就是金山银山的生态文明思想,紧紧围绕"山水林田湖草生命共同体"进行实践探索,通过实施小流域综合治理、生态河湖建设、国土绿化和土地整治,有力推动了乡村振兴、打造了美丽河湖的建设、改善了人居环境和提高了耕地生产力,结合实践探索过程发现存在资金投入、运行管护等方面的主要问题和不足,针对性地提出了建议和措施.
Abstract
Jining City firmly establishes the ecological civilization concept that green mountains and clear waters are as valuable as gold and silver,and conducts practical exploration around the"community of mountains,waters,forests,fields,lakes,and grasses".By implementing comprehensive management of small watersheds,ecological river and lake construction,national land greening,and land improvement,rural revitalization has been effectively promoted,the construction of beautiful rivers and lakes has been created,the living environment has been improved,and the productivity of cultivated land has been enhanced.This article combines practical exploration to discover the main problems and shortcomings in terms of capital investment,operation and management,and proposes targeted suggestions and measures.
