High Quality Development Trend of New Energy Industry in Yunnan Province

摘要
云南省的绿色能源规模十分庞大,水电、风电、广电的装机率超过了85%,绿色能源发电在总发电量中的比例达到了90%.在"双碳"形势下,云南绿色能源的重要性愈加凸显,使得当地产业的环保附加值大大提升,"碳关税"明显减少,吸引了大量的新型制造产业,为当地的经济建设注入了强大的生命活力.但是在另一方面,云南的电力系统综合效率较低、源网荷协调性较差、不同电源的互补效果较差,如何妥善解决这些问题,是当地政府需要考虑的重要问题.
Abstract
The scale of green energy in Yunnan Province is very large.The installed capacity of hydropower,wind power,and broadcasting has exceeded 85%,and the proportion of green energy generation in the total power generation has reached 90%.In the context of the"dual carbon"situation,the importance of green energy in Yunnan has become increasingly prominent,greatly increasing the environmental added value of local industries,significantly reducing"carbon tariffs",attracting a large number of new manufacturing industries,and injecting strong vitality into the local economic construction.On the other hand,the comprehensive efficiency of Yunnan's power system is relatively low,the coordination between source and grid loads is poor,and the complementary effect of different power sources is poor.How to properly address these issues is an important issue that the local government needs to consider.
