摘要

能源稀缺的大环境下,电力供求关系日益紧张,水电开发建设已成为拉动当地或整个区域发展的重要引擎之一.目前我国水电开发能力已取得较强突破,一大批划时代意义的水利水电工程已建设投产使用,且为地区经济增长提供动力,而水利水电工程的建设不仅仅只为考虑经济效益,其随之带来的生态环境问题必须引起重视.通过对水利水电工程发展现状及重要性进行概述,探究了水利水电工程建设对区域自然景观、土壤环境、地质环境、水文情势等生态环境的影响,最后为水利水电工程建设过程中减少对环境影响的措施提出建议.

Abstract

In the context of energy scarcity,the relationship between electricity supply and demand is becoming increasingly tense.Hydropower development and construction have become one of the important engines driving local or regional development.At present,China's hydropower development capacity has made strong breakthroughs,and a large number of epoch-making water conservancy and hydropower projects have been constructed and put into use,providing impetus for regional economic growth.The construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects not only considers economic benefits,but also pays attention to the ecological and environmental problems it brings.By summarizing the current status and importance of water conservancy and hydropower engineering development,this paper explores the impact of water conservancy and hydropower engineering construction on regional natural landscapes,soil environment,geological environment,hydrological conditions,and other ecological environments.Finally,it puts forward suggestions for measures to reduce environmental impact in the construction process of water conservancy and hydropower projects,in order to provide reference for ecological environment protection in the construction process of water conservancy and hydropower projects.
