摘要

为合理选择水库正常蓄水位,遵循合理利用工程所在地区的地形地质条件,充分利用水资源,在保证工程任务和效益的基础上,尽可能降低库区淹没影响和工程投资的基本原则,初拟94.50 m、95.50 m和96.50 m共3个正常蓄水位方案进行综合技术经济比选.综合工程地质条件、水库淹没处理、枢纽及建筑物布置、生态环境、水资源利用及工程经济性,推荐吊钟水库正常蓄水位95.50 m.

Abstract

This paper aims to reasonably select the normal storage level of reservoir,follow the terrain and geological conditions of the area where the project is located,and fully utilize water resources.It follows the basic principle of minimizing the impact of reservoir inundation and engineering investment while ensuring engineering tasks and benefits.A comprehensive technical and economic comparison is proposed for three normal storage level schemes,namely 94.50m,95.50m,and 96.50m.Based on the comprehensive engineering geological conditions,reservoir inundation treatment,hub and building layout,ecological environment,water resource utilization,and engineering economy,it is recommended that the normal storage level of Diaozhong Reservoir be 95.50m.
