摘要

竖井施工属于立面作业,施工难度较大,安全风险非常高.水电工程竖井深度大多在200m以内,200~300m施工较为困难,超过 300m一般要设支洞分段施工,部份深竖井由于受地形等限制,现场施工很难进行分段实施,只能采取整体施工方案,属于超深竖井施工的范筹.超深竖井需解决的几个关键技术问题:出渣通道,人员、物料运输、混凝土输送以及渗水处理、除雾等.

Abstract

Vertical shaft construction belongs to vertical operation,with high construction difficulty and high safety risks.The depth of vertical shafts in hydropower projects is mostly within 200m,and construction from 200m to 300m is relatively difficult.If it exceeds 300m,it is generally necessary to set up support tunnels for segmented construction.Due to terrain and other limitations,it is difficult to implement segmented construction on site for some deep shafts,and only an overall construction plan can be adopted,which belongs to the scope of ultra deep shaft construction.Several key technical issues that need to be solved for ultra deep vertical shafts include slag discharge channels,personnel and material transportation,concrete conveying,as well as water seepage treatment and defogging.
