摘要

顶管机接收是水利工程顶管施工的关键环节.以福建省漳州台商投资区高干渠生态补水工程输水顶管为例,在大直径顶管施工中,采用高压旋喷桩加固地层,设置降水井,控制顶速,控制姿态,解决了大直径顶管机接收时洞门塌方和管道下沉的技术问题.

Abstract

The reception of pipe jacking machine is a key link in the construction of hydraulic engineering pipes.Taking the ecological water replenishment project of Gaogan Canal in Zhangzhou Taiwan Business Investment Zone,Fujian Province as an example,in the construction of large-diameter pipe jacking,high-pressure rotary jet grouting piles were used to reinforce the strata,precipitation wells were set up,top speed was controlled,and posture was controlled.It solves the technical problems of cave collapse and pipeline sinking during the reception of large-diameter pipe jacking machines.
