钢模台车在滇中引水工程中的应用

摘要
近年来,国家对水网建设投入力度不断加大,开工数量和投资规模均突破历史新高.滇中引水工程是目前全国在建的重大水利工程之一,其输水隧洞采用混凝土衬砌以改善水流条.该工程衬砌工具采用底拱钢模台车和边顶拱钢模台车,有效满足了混凝土衬砌紧跟开挖支护施工的要求,并根据现场混凝土施工需要,对钢模台车施工技术做了改进和发展,施工质量和进度得到保障.
Abstract
In recent years,the country has continuously increased its investment in water network construction,with the number of construction projects and investment scale breaking historical records.Dianzhong Water Diversion Project is one of the major water conservancy projects currently under construction nationwide,and its water conveyance tunnel is lined with concrete to improve the water flow strip.The lining tools for this project use bottom arch steel formwork trolleys and side and top arch steel formwork trolleys,effectively meeting the requirements of concrete lining closely following excavation support construction.According to the on-site concrete construction needs,the construction technology of steel formwork trolleys has been improved and developed,ensuring construction quality and progress.
