热带地区大型竖井贯流泵站施工应力场特点及其控制方法

大型竖井贯流式泵站结构复杂,目前一般采用商品混凝土浇筑,在我国南方地区的工程受到气候影响,浇筑温度高,故温控防裂难度大.利用有限元法分别模拟此类泵站在广东夏季和冬季气候下的施工,得出不同工况的温度和应力包络图及历时曲线.根据计算结果,总结分析了不同条件下的混凝土施工期温度和应力特点,并给出此类泵站在夏季和冬季浇筑条件下的温控防裂方案及各浇筑层的温控指标.
Characteristics and Control Methods of Stress Field During Construction of Large-scale Vertical Shaft Tubular Pumping Station in Tropical Region
The structure of large-scale vertical flow pump stations is complex,and currently,commercial concrete pouring is generally used.Engineering in the southern region of China is affected by climate,with high pouring temperatures,making temperature control and crack prevention difficult.This paper uses the finite element method to simulate the construction of such pumping stations under summer and winter climates in Guangdong,and obtains temperature and stress envelope diagrams and duration curves for different working conditions.Based on the calculation results,the temperature and stress characteristics of concrete construction under different conditions are summarized and analyzed,and the temperature control and crack prevention schemes for this type of pump station under summer and winter pouring conditions,as well as the temperature control indicators for each pouring layer,are provided.
