Application of Upgrading and Renovation Technology for the Electrical Control System of Gate Hoist in Hydropower Station
In order to improve the performance of the electrical control system of the gantry crane in hydropower stations,this paper introduces a technical scheme and construction measures for upgrading and renovating the electrical control system of the gantry crane in hydropower stations,providing practical experience for the application of this technology on the gantry crane in hydropower stations.The upgrade and renovation plan for the electrical control system of a certain hydropower station's gantry crane adopts a PLC control system based on PROFINET communication technology,which can effectively avoid equipment shutdown caused by signal interference and safety accidents caused by equipment misoperation.At the same time,it adds a safety monitoring and management system,making operational status and fault information traceable.
