衢州市开化县水政执法的措施与成效

摘要
遏制水事违法案件的发生,保护水域功能的正常发挥,推动水政执法高质量发展.通过积极宣传法律法规,全方位开展行政检查,常态化进行河道巡查等方式,加强与公安、环保、自然资源等部门合作,采取多种形式的联合执法,共同打击水事违法分子.2022年,分发资料 1 000+份,行政检查 68 次,河道巡查 45 次,巡河长度 4 050 km,制止乱建、乱占、乱堆、乱采行为 70 次,取得了较好的整治效果.通过强化治水理念,实施铁腕治水,水事秩序明显好转,确保了一江清水流下游.
Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to curb the occurrence of water related illegal cases,protect the normal functioning of water bodies,and promote the high-quality development of water law enforcement.By actively promoting laws and regulations,conducting comprehensive administrative inspections,and conducting regular river inspections,we have strengthened cooperation with departments such as public security,environmental protection,and natural resources,and adopted various forms of joint law enforcement to jointly crack down on water violations.In 2022,over 1 000 documents were distributed,68 administrative inspections were conducted,and 45 river inspections were conducted.The length of the river inspection was 4 050 km,and 70 acts of illegal construction,occupation,stacking,and mining were stopped,achieving good rectification results.By strengthening the concept of water management and implementing iron fisted water management,the order of water affairs has significantly improved,ensuring that a river flows downstream with clear water.
