大中型水电站临时用地管理现状分析与对策建议

摘要
临时用地是大中型水电站用地的重要组成部分,是保障电站施工不可缺少的重要要素.临时用地管理作为电站土地利用管理的重要内容,在严格规范临时用地管理的背景下,大中型水电站临时用地管理问题日益凸显.结合 4 座大型水电站管理实践,分析当前大中型水电站临时用地管理存在的主要问题,提出强化管理的建议.
Abstract
Temporary land is an important component of land for large and medium-sized hydropower stations,and is an essential element in ensuring the construction of the power station.Temporary land management,as an important part of land use management for power stations,has become increasingly prominent in the context of strict regulation of temporary land management for large and medium-sized hydropower stations.Based on the management practices of four large hydropower stations,this paper analyzes the main problems in the current temporary land management of large and medium-sized hydropower stations,and proposes suggestions for strengthening management.
