摘要
在国有企业深化改革进程中,加强董事会建设、落实董事会职权、健全董事会管理机制,对于推动国有企业改革和发展有着重要的现实意义.基于此,在阐述某水力发电企业董事会建设现状的基础上,重点分析了国有企业董事会建设中存在的问题,并根据分析结果,提出了加快国有企业董事会建设的相关对策.
Abstract
In the process of deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises,strengthening the construction of the board of directors,implementing the powers of the board of directors,and improving the management mechanism of the board of directors are of great practical significance for promoting the reform and development of state-owned enterprises.Based on this,on the basis of elaborating on the current situation of the construction of the board of directors in a hydroelectric power generation enterprise,this paper focuses on analyzing the problems existing in the construction of the board of directors in state-owned enterprises.Based on the analysis results,relevant countermeasures to accelerate the construction of the board of directors in state-owned enterprises are proposed.
