摘要
经过近 40a的发展,项目管理软件在工程项目建设的各个方面都得到了广泛的应用,结合项目管理需求和信息化技术的发展趋势,如何选择适合企业、项目的项目管理软件对工程项目的管理实施具有重要意义.针对Project、P3、P6 当前项目管理主要运用的软件,从各软件的功能特点、操作难度、管理深度及使用成本等多方面进行了分析和比较,结合软件的适用性、先进性及项目管理需求给出了选择建议,基于此,通过合理选择和运用项目管理软件进行项目管理,可提高项目信息化管理水平和经济效益,也可提升企业在国际市场的竞争力.
Abstract
After nearly 40 years of development,project management software has been widely applied in various aspects of engineering project construction.Combining project management needs with the development trend of information technology,it is of great significance to choose project management software that is suitable for enterprises and projects for the management and implementation of engineering projects.Aiming at the software mainly used in current project management,such as Project,P3 and P6,this paper analyzes and compares the functional characteristics,operation difficulty,management depth and use cost of each software,and gives suggestions for selection based on the applicability,progressiveness and project management needs of the software.By selecting and utilizing project management software reasonably,the level of project information management and economic benefits can be improved,and the competitiveness of enterprises in the international market can also be enhanced.
