摘要

水电厂测温热电阻在使用一段时间后存在引线断线问题,通过检查和分析,判断其主要的原因是引线的幅度过大过小、材料不耐磨损、根部无保护和直径太细等,为此针对引线断线问题提出解决办法,采用一种铠装型引线直角弯头式热电阻,从而提高测温系统的稳定性,保证机组可靠运行.

Abstract

The thermal resistance for temperature measurement in hydropower plants has a problem of wire breakage after being used for a period of time.Through inspection and analysis,it is determined that the main reasons are the amplitude of lead wire being too large or too small,the material not being wear-resistant,the root not being protected,and the diameter being too thin.This paper proposes a solution to improve the stability of the temperature measurement system and ensure the reliable operation of the unit by using an armored lead square elbow thermal resistance.
