摘要

主要讲述绿水河发电厂季节性检修过程中进行的电气预防性试验,针对发电机、变压器、母线电缆、避雷器、互感器等电气一次设备测量直流泄漏电流和直流耐压试验的方法及试验特点.通过试验的方法检查设备经过 1 个试验周期的运行是否存在缺陷,按相关规程的要求,检验设备的电气性能及相关参数是否满足规程的要求,为一次设备的安全、稳定运行提供试验依据,为设备的检修、维护提供数据支撑.

Abstract

This paper mainly describes the electrical preventive tests conducted during the seasonal maintenance process of Lvshuihe Power Plant,focusing on the methods and characteristics of measuring DC leakage current and DC withstand voltage tests for electrical primary equipment such as generators,transformers,busbar cables,lightning arresters,and transformers.It checks whether there are any defects in the operation of the equipment after one test cycle through experimental methods.And according to the requirements of relevant regulations,it checks whether the electrical performance and related parameters of the equipment meet the requirements of the regulations,provides test basis for the safe and stable operation of primary equipment,and provides data support for equipment maintenance and repair.
