摘要

介绍了一种新型高压球阀耐压工装的研制过程及实际应用效果.该工装旨在满足高压球阀在严苛工况下的耐压测试需求.通过对工装结构设计、材料选择和工艺优化等方面的研究,成功研制出具有高稳定性和可靠性的耐压工装.该工装具有操作简便、安全可靠等优点,具有较高的推广应用价值.

Abstract

This paper introduces the development process and practical application effect of a new high-pressure ball valve pressure resistant fixture.This fixture is designed to meet the pressure resistance testing requirements of high-pressure ball valves under harsh working conditions.Through research on fixture structure design,material selection,and process optimization,a pressure resistant fixture with high stability and reliability has been successfully developed.This fixture has the advantages of simple operation,safety and reliability,and has high promotion and application value.
