600 MW水轮发电机组集成化多冗余调速系统研究及应用

针对水轮发电机组调速器,提出集成化多冗余调速系统的研究方案,优化控制方式,增强系统稳定性与可靠性.创新性提出油压系统、机械控制系统、电气控制系统三合一的集成化运行方式.提出双冗余配置与三选二配置配合运行的控制方式,实现导叶位移传感器等装置的多位置、多冗余功能,大幅提高系统的容错能力和可靠性,保障机组安全稳定运行.
Research and Application of Integrated Multiple Redundancy Speed Control System for 600 MW Water Turbine Generator Set
This paper proposes a research plan for an integrated multi redundant speed control system for the speed governor of water turbine generator set,optimizing control methods,and enhancing system stability and reliability.It innovatively proposes an integrated operation mode of oil pressure system,mechanical control system,and electrical control system.It also proposes a control method that combines dual redundancy configuration and two out of three configuration to achieve multi position and multi redundancy functions of devices such as guide vane displacement sensors,greatly improving the system's fault tolerance and reliability,and ensuring the safe and stable operation of the unit.
