摘要

为确保检修维护过程中人身设备的安全,电力安全工作规程对检修维保工作期间危险源的控制提出了技术措施要求:断开能源、释放能量;停电、泄压、隔离、通风、设置安全警示标志牌、阀门加锁和装设遮栏(围栏)等.但是由于技术手段的不完善,部分检修人员安全自律意识浅薄等,现场的安全把控仍然存在极大隐患.因此对严禁操作的阀门进行可靠的隔离闭锁和安全把控至关重要,不仅可以避免其对操作人员的伤害,也可以避免重大的经济损失.

Abstract

To ensure the safety of personnel and equipment during maintenance and repair,the Electric Power Safety Work Regulations propose technical measures for controlling hazards during maintenance and repair work.It mainly includes disconnecting energy,releasing energy,power outage,pressure relief,isolation,ventilation,setting up safety warning signs,locking valves,and installing barriers(fences).However,due to imperfect technical means and weak safety self-discipline awareness among some maintenance personnel,there are still significant hidden dangers in on-site safety control.Therefore,reliable isolation,locking,and safety control of valves that are strictly prohibited from operation are crucial,which can not only avoid harm to operators but also avoid significant economic losses.
