随着云南华电镇雄发电有限公司双机利用小时的提升,公司 3 台取水泵启停频次大幅增加,在启动取水泵瞬间跌落式熔断器故障频发的问题日益凸显,根据公司跌落式熔断器故障频发的问题作为切入点进行分析研究,制定解决措施并实施,实施后彻底解决了跌落式熔断器频繁故障的问题,大量减少了维护成本,缩短了维护工期,降低了检修安全风险,大幅提升了取水泵房10 kV线路的供电可靠性.
Research and Practice on Improving the Reliability of Power Supply for 10 kV Overhead Lines in Water Intake Pump House
With the increase of dual unit utilization hours of Yunnan Huadian Zhenxiong Power Generation Co.,Ltd.,the frequency of starting and stopping three water intake pumps has significantly increased,and the problem of frequent drop type fuse failures at the moment of starting the water intake pumps is becoming increasingly prominent.This paper analyzes and studies the frequent occurrence of faults in drop type fuses,formulates solutions,and implements them.After implementation,the problem of frequent failures of drop type fuses was completely solved,greatly reducing maintenance costs,shortening maintenance periods,reducing safety risks during maintenance,and significantly improving the power supply reliability of 10 kV line in the water intake pump house.
